Bio

Naomi’s practice explores how creativity can support agency, belonging and access to cultural participation. Working with communities, she develops locally rooted projects that reflect lived experience while connecting to wider cultural contexts.

Her work is situated within contemporary arts practice, leading through collective approaches that prioritise long-term outcomes and process-led learning to create lasting change. It positions creative practice as an essential mode of cultural learning that is shared, shaped and held in common, particularly within turbulent and shifting political contexts. Projects are developed over time, building relationships, shared authorship and conditions for meaningful participation.

Alongside her artistic work, she develops transdisciplinary programmes across education and the arts, contributing to research on creative learning and teacher development. Her work supports approaches to embedding creativity within education and strengthening connections between cultural and civic spaces.

Her background includes multi-arts production, fundraising and strategic collaboration with schools, social enterprises and cultural organisations. She has worked with partners including the Royal Society of Arts, the Royal Opera House, Forest of Imagination, the Global Institute of Creative Thinking, Leeds Beckett University and Ingenuity Cleveland.

Naomi is open to commissions, collaborations and partnerships.
